The call for speakers has closed, but we’re still interested in hearing from you. Feel free to reach out to the conference producer or submit your topic or case study below. If you submitted a proposal, please expect to hear from our team by the mid-June with next steps and pertinent information regarding your submission.
We have put together an advisory committee, which is made up of industry thought leaders and experts. The committee evaluates all presentation submissions, helps select the conference speakers, balances the agenda, and provides feedback from an industry perspective.
There are roughly 40 sessions that are selected to be presented at this conference. There are also alternate sessions that will be selected to replace any canceled sessions.
All submitters and speakers should expect to hear from us by the end of May with the status of your submission(s). Our team will be in touch with any important information and any action items if needed before selections are made. The system will not allow for changes to be made once the call for speakers has closed. You are welcome to submit more than one abstract. Any duplicate abstracts will be deleted and only the first abstract submitted will be considered.
Our advisory committee will be looking at quality of each individual abstract rather than the number submitted by a particular speaker, company, etc., so make sure you are focusing on the quality of your abstract before submitting.
Partner organizations can submit an abstract for the conference but have a much greater chance of being selected if presented with a customer co-speaker at the time of submission.
All selected speakers must receive internal approval from their manager/corporation in order to present. All speakers must register for the event and provide presentation materials by the date specified by our speaker care team.
All presentations are to be of an educational nature and should not be used to promote products or services. During your presentation, as a speaker at an Eventful Conferences event, you are required to maintain a professional demeanor, including refraining from improper language or conduct when interacting with class participants. Proper professional conduct, marketing content, and language will be judged by the sole discretion of Eventful Conferences.
If you are selected to present and become unable to give your presentation, we appreciate you extending the professional courtesy of notifying the conference producer at email@example.com in order to provide our team sufficient time to arrange for a replacement session during your scheduled session time.
