How will sessions be selected?

We have put together an advisory committee, which is made up of industry thought leaders and experts. The committee evaluates all presentation submissions, helps select the conference speakers, balances the agenda, and provides feedback from an industry perspective.

How many sessions will be selected?

There are roughly 40 sessions that are selected to be presented at this conference. There are also alternate sessions that will be selected to replace any canceled sessions.

When will I know if my abstract is selected?

All submitters and speakers should expect to hear from us by the end of June with the status of their submission(s). Our team will be in touch with any important information and any action items needed before selections are made. What if I need to make a change to my submission?

The system will not allow for changes to be made once the call for speakers has closed. If you have a change that could impact whether or not your submission could be selected, like adding a customer speaker, please email the conference producer (

What are the requirements in order to be a speaker?

  • All selected speakers must receive internal approval from their manager/corporation in order to present.
  • All selected speakers must register for the event by the date specified by Eventful’s speaker care team.
  • All selected speakers must provide presentation materials for review by the date specified by our speaker care team.

Will I receive a discounted or complimentary registration if I am selected to speak?

The lead SAP customer speaker is eligible for entitlements up to:

  • One complimentary round-trip economy flight
  • Two hotel nights at the conference venue
  • Conference registration

Can I submit multiple abstracts? Can I submit to multiple tracks?

You are welcome to submit more than one abstract. Any duplicate abstracts will be deleted and only the first abstract submitted will be considered.

Our advisory committee will be looking at quality of each individual abstract rather than the number submitted by a particular speaker, company, etc., so make sure you are focusing on the quality of your abstract before submitting.

I’m a partner. Can I submit an abstract?

Partner organizations can submit an abstract for the conference but have a much greater chance of being selected if presented with a customer co-speaker at the time of submission.

Eventful Conferences’ Speaker Policy:

All selected speakers must receive internal approval from their manager/corporation in order to present. All speakers must register for the event and provide presentation materials by the date specified by our speaker care team. .

Educational Integrity Policy:

All presentations are to be of an educational nature and should not be used to promote products or services. During your presentation, as a speaker at an Eventful Conferences event, you are required to maintain a professional demeanor, including refraining from improper language or conduct when interacting with class participants. Proper professional conduct, marketing content, and language will be judged by the sole discretion of Eventful Conferences.

Speaker Cancellation/No-Show Policy:

If you are selected to present and become unable to give your presentation, we appreciate you extending the professional courtesy of notifying the conference producer ( in order to provide our team sufficient time to arrange for a replacement session during your scheduled session time.
