Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU)

TPU created a habitat conservation plan as part of its application to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and the National Marine Fisheries Service for a 50-year incidental take permit for water supply operations. Duke Energy

Duke Energy went live with an SAP Commerce contractor enablement portal and customer service landing page for 2,500 call-center agents. This enabled the call centers to have a combined view of customer information across four legacy billing systems and seven jurisdictions.
