About the Tournament

Looking for a way to add to your Biz.ONE trip while supporting a great cause? Biz.ONE's opening keynote and legendary golf coach, David Leadbetter, operates a charity - The Leadbetter Foundation with the mission “to develop healthy, active, and self-motivated children, and teach them the skills to become future champions in golf and life.” This year’s golf tournament will benefit the Leadbetter Kids’ Foundation. Every players’ registration includes a donation to the Foundation.

The Tournament will take place on Sunday, October 21. We’ll start at 10:30am with a special Swing Clinic taught by David Ledbetter himself! (space limited to the first 25 spots)

Official tee-off will be at 12pm. After a great round of golf, we’ll join the rest of the conference for our Welcome Reception co-sponsored by Vision33 and Avalara at 5pm.

How's The Tournament Played?

Tournament will be played in Texas Shamble Style:

All four members of a team tee off and the best ball of the four tee shots is selected. All players move their balls to the spot of the best ball. From this point, the hole is played out at stroke play, with all members of the team playing their own ball into the hole. Select the best shot off the tee, move all balls to that spot, then play individual stroke play until each member of the group has holed out.
